Staff Contracts

  • Written contract between practicing registered dental practitioners and clinic
  • Written contract between employed dental clinic assistants and clinic

Patient Registration Process

Documentation

  • MyKad or Passport required upon registration
  • Medical history and purpose of visit required
  • Consent required (parental consent for under 18)

Appointment System

  • All treatments are appointment-based
  • Walk-ins accepted only for emergencies
  • Arrive 5-10 minutes before appointment

  • Cash
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • DuitNow, Boost, Sarawak Pay
  • Online Bank Transfer
  • Cheque (regular patients only)

Billing Policies

  • Treatment costs recorded in clinic management software
  • Detailed billing statements available upon request
  • Treatment cost estimates available

Treatment Guarantees

Restorative

Free restoration provided if initial work dislodges, cracks, or debonds within 3 months

Prosthesis

Unlimited adjustments to prostheses/dentures within 3 months of issuance

Patient Rights

  • Right to be informed of dental condition, treatment options, and costs
  • Treatment with dignity, respect, and courtesy
  • Access to treatment reports after bill settlement
  • Right to ask questions about treatment or billing
